Heimlig: Family & Household

Family calendar, chore chart, shopping list and household budget in one app. No ads. No member limit. Invite as many people into your household as you like. Free. Heimlig is the shared organizer for families, couples and flatshares. No more notes on the fridge, three apps side by side, or a group chat where the parents' evening disappears. 📅 FAMILY CALENDAR FOR EVERYONE Appointments for the whole family, visible on every phone. Football practice, parents' evening, dentist. Reminders, recurring events, birthdays. Connect Google Calendar – free, no Premium needed. 📸 APPOINTMENTS FROM PHOTOS Photograph a school letter, invitation or notice. The AI reads out date and time and puts the event in your shared calendar. No more typing it up. 📋 CHORE CHART AND TASKS Share out tasks, set who is responsible, set due dates. The rota moves on by itself – nobody has to remember who went last. Recurring tasks included. 🏆 POINTS AND REWARDS Tasks earn points, points turn into rewards. It is remarkable how suddenly someone wants to set the table. Works just as well on adults. 🛒 SHARED SHOPPING LIST Whatever one person adds, everyone sees straight away. Tick items off, sort by category, several lists per household. No more second litre of milk. 🧾 SCAN YOUR RECEIPT Photograph the receipt – amount and category are recognised automatically and added to the budget. No family calendar can do that. 💶 HOUSEHOLD BUDGET AND SHARED EXPENSES Log and split expenses. Heimlig works out who owes whom and shows where the money goes each month, by category. 🍳 RECIPES AND MEAL PLAN Import a recipe from a link, text or photo. The AI reads the ingredients and puts them straight on the shopping list. Weekly plan included. 🥗 SHOP SMARTER Scan a barcode and see at a glance how good a product is. Keep an eye on your pantry with expiry dates so less ends up in the bin. Always unlimited. 💬 PINBOARD Short messages to everyone in the household. Like a group chat, but without the important things getting lost. 🎨 17 THEMES From plain to playful. Pick how your app looks. WHO HEIMLIG IS FOR For families whose weekly plan otherwise lives on the fridge door and who have three appointments at once. For parents who want to know where the housekeeping money goes. For couples splitting shopping and costs. For the flatshare where nobody remembers who paid for the toilet paper. And for anyone living alone who wants to keep track. WHAT MAKES HEIMLIG DIFFERENT No ads. Anywhere. No banners between your groceries, no paid supermarket offers. Heimlig earns from Premium or not at all. One subscription for the whole household. One person subscribes, everyone has it. However many of you there are – no extra cost per person. A developer who answers. Heimlig is built by one person. Send an email and you are talking to whoever writes the code. FREE AND PREMIUM Free: all features, any number of people in your household, 5 AI actions per month, no ads. AI actions are recipe import, receipt scan and event recognition. Barcode scanning does not count – that is always unlimited. Premium for EUR 2.99 a month: unlimited AI actions and CSV export for the budget. One purchase covers the whole household, cancellable monthly in the Play Store.
