Full description
Joblet brings the familiar classroom pocket chart right to your device, giving you a bright and tactile way to manage weekly helper rotations. You can quickly create a new assignment by filling in a student’s first name, selecting a job like Line Leader or Paper Passer, and choosing the school week it belongs to. Every assignment appears as a pastel index card tucked into a translucent vinyl pocket, with the student name written in a playful marker font and a tiny doodle icon that matches the job type. The main This Week tab shows your full pocket chart at a glance, so you always know who is responsible for what. Tapping a card lets you edit the details, and once a job is finished you can mark it complete with a shiny gold star sticker that sits in the corner of the card. The Dashboard greets you with two large index cards clipped to twine above the chart; one displays the total jobs assigned this week and the other shows how many spots are still unassigned. A blank name card with a plus icon sits at the bottom of the Dashboard, letting you add a new assignment in seconds without leaving the overview. In the All Jobs tab you can scroll through every assignment from any week, search by student name or job title, and instantly spot which tasks earned a star. The Settings tab gives you a simple form to customize your job list, so you can add roles like Water Plants or Board Eraser and remove ones you no longer need. Everything you create is stored only on your device, meaning no accounts, no internet, and no waiting—it all works right in your classroom or homeschool room. The colored paperclip tabs along the bottom make switching between views feel like reaching for office supplies on a corkboard, keeping the experience hands-on and friendly. Because the pocket chart design mirrors the physical charts many teachers already use, students can understand the system immediately and feel proud when they see their name in a pocket. Joblet helps you spend less time tracking chores and more time celebrating the little acts of responsibility that make a classroom hum.
