FitTrek

Most personal training in India still runs on WhatsApp messages and paper notebooks. FitTrek replaces that with one app — for gyms, trainers, and anyone who wants a smarter way to train. WORKING WITH A TRAINER? Your trainer assigns your workout and diet plan directly in the app. When something changes, it syncs instantly — no more screenshotting a WhatsApp message and retyping your whole routine. Your trainer can see your progress, adherence, and history in one place, so coaching decisions are based on real data, not guesswork. TRAINING ON YOUR OWN? FitTrek’s AI builds your workout and diet plan around your actual goal, and adjusts as you go. You get a structured workout and diet routine to track your progress and get a detailed report with suggestions improve. WHAT’S INSIDE AI-generated workout and diet plans, personalized to your goal and body Snap a photo of a meal or a nutrition label — macros logged in seconds, no manual entry Full progress tracking: weight, personal records, strength trends, and consistency streaks Biweekly coaching reports that tell you what’s actually working and what’s holding you back A real Indian food database — not just chicken and broccoli Simple daily logging that takes seconds, not minutes FOR GYM OWNERS See performance and retention across every trainer and member from one dashboard. Spot who’s disengaging before they cancel, not after the renewal fails to come through. FOR TRAINERS Manage every client’s plan, diet, and progress in one screen.
