FitTrack Admin

FitTrack Admin is the gym owner's companion to the Fittie member app. Register your gym, publish your membership packages, approve payments, and watch members check in — all from your phone or a tablet at the front desk. Set up in minutes: • Sign in with Google and register your gym in a single guided form • Add your membership packages with pricing and duration • Enter your bank and UPI details so members can pay you directly Run the front desk: • Kiosk Mode turns any phone or tablet into a self-check-in station • A short check-in code is displayed for members and can be refreshed on demand • Live Check-ins shows every arrival the moment it happens, newest first • The tablet layout puts the code and the live feed side by side on one screen • Leaving Kiosk Mode requires an admin passcode, so a device can sit on the counter without exposing your payments and settings Stay on top of payments: • Every membership purchase lands in a pending review queue • See the package, amount, and payer for each request before you act • Verify the payment in your bank, then approve to activate the membership instantly • The member's app updates the moment you approve — no phone calls, no paperwork FitTrack Admin is intended for gym owners and staff. Members should download the Fittie app instead. Questions or feedback? Contact us at [email protected].
