Just as the center stone of an arch enables the arch to bear weight, yet itself experiences the least amount of stress, every living soul may find balance in mind, body, and soul to bear more weight and experience less stress. This is our mission at The Centered Stone, to empower our members to be successful in their quest for balance and strength, thereby bringing their lives joy. Because Himalayan salt caves are new to Utah (even though there are already thousands worldwide, and people have been doing this for centuries), we know you are probably wondering, "What is a Himalayan salt cave?" It's like a tropical beach oasis and a mysterious castle carved into a secret salt mountain, had a love child. And you're invited to bask in its beauty and astounding health and wellness benefits. You'll wonder how you ever lived without it! Seriously. You'll breathe better, because the salt you breathe in dissolves your mucous, and your lungs become more clear. Also, because you are breathing in pure unrefined salt, you are also breathing in over 80 essential trace minerals (that have been stripped out of table salt, by the way. Ever wonder why table salt became a mega villain? That's why!) We'd like to pretend that it's magic, but we must admit - it's good ol' fashioned science. When you breathe better, life is easier.
