Full description
Tell the coach your goal, the days you can train and what equipment you have. It writes the week. Then it stays for the rest of it. FitnessGrid is an AI coach for training and food in one app. The coach that wrote your plan is the same one that runs today's session, logs your sets, counts the lunch you describe, and moves Thursday when Thursday falls apart. ONE COACH, ONE WEEK Your week sits on one grid: seven days, three lanes — training, meals, supplements. The coach fills it in, checks it off and changes it as the week goes. You can edit any card by hand. Most people just talk to the coach. · Missed Tuesday? The upper-body session moves to Wednesday and the week still adds up. · Top set of bench felt like RPE 9? Next week's working weight comes down a step. · Big dinner last night? Today's targets adjust instead of starting over. · Eight weeks off? Three short sessions to start, not your old program. IN THE GYM · Open today's workout and log each set: weight, reps, RPE. A rest timer starts when you tick a set off. · See the history of every exercise and your personal records. · Runs and cardio log as time, distance and pace — type "8 km in 41:20" and it lands on the card. · Follow a program — push/pull/legs, upper/lower, 5/3/1 — and the coach works out the percentages. · Finished workouts can be saved to Health Connect. IN THE KITCHEN · Log meals in plain words — "two eggs, toast, a flat white" — and the coach matches them against a food database for calories and macros. · Take a photo of the plate or scan a barcode when typing is slower. · Set calorie and protein targets, or let the coach suggest them from your goal. · Plan the week's meals next to the week's training. THE COACH REMEMBERS Injuries, the equipment at your gym, foods you won't eat, the hours you can train. Tell it once. It reads those notes back every time it plans. PROGRAMS AND COMMUNITY Browse ready-made programs — a 12-week cut, a lean bulk, a three-day full-body plan, a creatine loading protocol — and drop one into your week. Share a week or a result on the community feed if you want to. PROGRESS Personal records, streaks, bodyweight, and a monthly view of what you actually did. One app for the workout planner, the gym log, the calorie counter and the meal planner. The coach keeps them talking to each other. You can delete your account and its data from settings at any time.
