Karate Katas - Form Routines

Fitivity gets you better. Looks like you’re here to get better at Karate. This app features three Karate Katas for beginners, intermediate, and advanced athletes. Katas are used to evaluate one's form and technique. If one is able to master the routines then they are able to advance forward in the program to a more challenging Kata. Each workout breaks up the Kata into multiple parts so you are able to understand the movements and then practice each. Earn a white belt all the way up to a black belt by mastering some of these routines!
