Fit For Coach

Fit For Coach is a training app for personal trainers and their clients — one app, two roles. The coach builds the week, the client trains and logs it, and both sides stay in sync without spreadsheets or endless message threads. FOR COACHES • Build weekly plans exercise by exercise — sets, reps, target weight, rest. • Save any week as a template and apply it to another client in two taps. • See every logged session: what was lifted, what was missed, personal bests. • Leave comments on a workout or a single exercise — your client sees them right where they train. • Message any client in-app; you get a notification when they reply. • Meal plans, hydration targets and weight tracking alongside the training. FOR CLIENTS • Open today's workout and start it — one screen per exercise, set by set. • Log kg and reps as you go; the app pre-fills from your plan and your last session. • Automatic rest timer after every set. • Photo demonstrations for more than 800 exercises, so you always know the movement. • Your coach's notes appear at the exercise they belong to. • Log weight, water and meals; your coach sees the progress. WORKS WITHOUT SIGNAL The gym basement is not a problem. Everything you tap is saved on the device and syncs by itself the moment you have a connection again — you don't have to keep the app open or press anything.
