NUHM-AMS

NUHM Attendance Management System is the official attendance app for National Urban Health Mission staff, built to make daily check-in/check-out simple, accurate, and verifiable. KEY FEATURES 📍 GPS-Verified Attendance Check in and check out with your device's location, confirmed against your assigned work location so attendance is recorded accurately and fairly. 📸 Photo Verification A quick selfie is captured at every check-in and check-out for identity verification. ⏱️ Out Time While you are checked in, the app records when you leave your assigned site and when you return, so your in-office time and Out Time stay accurate without extra punches. You stay checked in — punching in and out is always manual. This uses location in the background, including when the app is closed, and stops as soon as you check out. 🗓️ Leave Management Apply for leave directly from the app and track approval status in real time — no more paper forms or follow-up calls. 📊 Attendance History & Reports View your complete attendance history, working hours, and shift details at a glance. 🗺️ Interactive Map Views See your work location on a map with standard, satellite, or terrain views. 🌓 Light & Dark Theme Use the app comfortably in any lighting condition. 🔒 Privacy & Security Your data is stored on our own servers, and Out Time stays on your device — we do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. Session data is stored securely on your device. Location is used to verify check-in and check-out and, while you are checked in, to record Out Time. Mock GPS is blocked and developer options are flagged at punch time. WHO IT'S FOR This app is intended for employed staff enrolled by their health-programme organisation under the National Urban Health Mission. Access requires approval from your organisation's administrator. Questions or data requests? See our Privacy Policy and account/data deletion options in Settings, or visit our website.
