RESQ+ SOS, First Aid & Family

RESQ+ alerts everyone who can help, at the same time. No calling people one by one: one SOS reaches your emergency contacts by SMS, the family circles you choose and, if you wish, RESQ+ users nearby. They see where you are on a live page, with video as it records. HOW YOUR SOS WORKS 1. Trigger it your way: the SOS button, four presses of the power button (even from your pocket, on supported phones), your Wear OS watch or a Quick Settings tile. 2. False alarm? The power button and the watch give you 10 seconds to cancel. 3. Your people are alerted within seconds: a discreet silent SOS, or a loud alarm with siren and SOS flash. EVERYONE WHO CAN HELP, AT ONCE • SMS from your own SIM with your position and, by default, your live page link. The SMS needs no internet, only signal. • Email to your contacts. • Priority alert to your family circles, with the medical details you choose to share. They reply "On my way!" from the notification. • Anyone with the link follows your position and video. No app, no account. • Video and sound uploaded in short clips as your connection allows; the full video is saved on your phone. • An honest status screen: a line turns green only on real proof, never on a guess. SOS FROM YOUR WRIST The Wear OS app (Wear OS 3 and later, with the phone app) puts an SOS tile one swipe from your watch face: tap it to start the cancellable countdown on your phone, tap again for the loud alarm. Or hold the SOS disc for 1.5 seconds. GOING SOMEWHERE? Set your arrival time. If you don't confirm you arrived safely, RESQ+ starts a countdown, then sends a silent SOS. FIRST AID, EVEN WITHOUT INTERNET • 18 first-aid cards (choking, burns, stroke, heart attack, anaphylaxis, seizure, drowning, snake bite, heatstroke…) and a CPR metronome. • My First Aid Kit: readiness score, expiry dates and reminders. • First Aid Assistant (Premium): speak or type in English, French or Thai, add a photo, and get calm step-by-step guidance that tells you when to call emergency services. Guidance only. HELP NEAR YOU The nearest hospitals, police stations and listed defibrillators on the RESQ+ map, with the route drawn in the app. MEDICAL QR FOR RESCUERS Blood type, allergies, medications and contacts in one profile. Your QR code opens with any phone camera, even offline, and shows only what you choose. TEAM CONNECT: FAMILY CIRCLES Up to 50 people per circle, invitations by QR code or link, location sharing, voice, photo and video chat, one-tap statuses. Premium adds the circle map, places with arrival alerts and meeting points. COMMUNITY AND TRAVEL Report dangers and ask nearby users for help, with chat translated into English, French and Thai. Emergency numbers follow your country: 52 countries, 1,150 regions, embassy lists for 42 countries (37 embassies and 61 consulates in Thailand). Also inside: live weather and air quality (PM2.5), compass, Qibla, level. PRIVACY No ads, no advertising ID. Your medical profile is encrypted on your phone and backed up to your own account. The Assistant sees your medical record only with your consent. Delete your account from the app anytime.
