Suanpan - The Abacus Method

Tired of productivity systems that fall apart when life gets chaotic? Suanpan uses a simple visual approach inspired by the ancient abacus. THE PROBLEM Every task feels urgent. Every priority system fails when real life happens. You spend more time organizing tasks than completing them. THE SOLUTION Customizable rods — like an abacus. Strategic, Operations, People, or whatever categories fit your life. Position tasks by importance. Work your way down each rod. No decision fatigue — just visual clarity when everything feels urgent. HOW IT WORKS - Create rods for the life areas that actually matter to you - Add tasks and mark what's important - Set due dates and let the Eisenhower Matrix auto-prioritize - Drag to reorder when priorities shift (and they will) - Swipe to complete. Move on. WHY IT WORKS - Visual: See what matters most at a glance - Flexible: Drag and drop to reorder instantly - Contextual: Work tasks compete with work tasks, not family emergencies - Smart: Auto-prioritizes using the Eisenhower Matrix — urgent vs. important, sorted for you - Simple: No complex rules to remember when you're overwhelmed PERFECT FOR - Founders juggling multiple priorities - Parents managing work-life chaos - Anyone who's tried every productivity system and failed - People who think better visually than with abstract priority levels THE INSPIRATION Spotted my daughter's abacus during another overwhelming late-night task session. What if tasks worked like beads? Position matters more than labels. Same task, different position, different value. Suanpan combines todo simplicity with Eisenhower prioritization, presented as an abacus. The result? Task management so intuitive, your kid could organize your life.
