RillPace: Water & Hydration

Hydration has a shape, not just a total. RillPace builds a private rhythm trace from the drinks you actually log. A solid line shows your real consumption while a dashed guide spreads the goal you chose across your waking window. The comparison updates after every entry without turning the guide into medical advice or a rigid alarm schedule. FOLLOW YOUR OWN WINDOW • Choose when your day begins and quiet hours start • Keep one continuous rhythm when your schedule crosses midnight • Compare actual and guide values with text and line styles, not color alone • During quiet hours, RillPace avoids catch-up pressure LOG WITH LESS FRICTION • Add common amounts with one tap • Track water, tea, coffee, milk, ayran, mineral water, juice, soft drinks and custom beverages • Edit, delete or undo local entries • Add 250 ml from a notification action • Use the interactive Android home screen widget • Log from the Wear OS companion, even while temporarily disconnected • Optionally read and write hydration records through Health Connect with duplicate prevention SEE THE PATTERN The free app includes a seven-day Rhythm Log with daily completion and a descriptive timing pattern. RILLPACE PRO RillPace Pro is one lifetime, non-consumable purchase—not a subscription. It unlocks 365-day history, CSV/PDF export and additional water-horizon themes. Core logging, reminders, widget, Wear OS and Health Connect remain free. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account is required. RillPace contains no ads, third-party analytics or cross-app tracking. Core entries and preferences remain in local app storage. Exports happen only after your explicit Android share action. RillPace is a general wellness tool, not medical advice or a medical device. Follow qualified professional guidance if you have a medical condition or fluid restriction.
