FigsFlow - Client portal

FigsFlow Client Portal keeps everything between you and your accountant in one place — what they need from you, what they are working on, and the documents and messages that go with it. You will need an account with an accountancy practice that uses FigsFlow. Your firm invites you and sets up your access; the app cannot create an account on its own. WHAT YOU CAN DO See what needs you The home screen leads with whatever is waiting on you, rather than a summary of everything. If nothing needs you, it says so. Answer requests Your accountant asks for information through the app. Answer in writing, attach what was asked for, and see at a glance what is still outstanding and what has already been dealt with. Send records in Upload documents from your files or straight from your camera. Large files are sent in the background and can be cancelled. Everything your firm holds for you is listed in one place, with its status — and where a document was not accepted, the reason is shown in full. Follow the work See each piece of work your accountant is running for you and where it has got to, stage by stage, with its documents attached. Message your team Talk to the people at the practice who actually act for you. Start a conversation, search your inbox, see who is available, and escalate a thread to a manager when something needs more attention. Know who acts for you Your team, with each person's role and how to reach them. More than one practice? If you are a client of more than one firm, sign in to whichever you need and switch between them. The app takes on each firm's own colour so you always know whose records you are looking at. MADE TO BE READABLE Light and dark themes, and a text size setting that applies to every screen — including dialogs and buttons — and works alongside your device's own accessibility settings. YOUR ACCOUNT Sign in with the email address your practice holds for you, and choose whether to stay signed in on this device. Signing out clears your details from the app.
