Full description

Ambulance Ops helps ambulance crews complete patient care reports in the field. Dispatchers assign incidents through the CAD integration. Crews review the call details, navigate to the scene, and begin documenting care on arrival. Patient identity, chief complaint, triage category and clinical observations are recorded directly on the device. Digital signatures can be captured from the patient, a witness and the attending crew member. When the patient is transported, the hospital reception screen lets crews notify the receiving facility and hand over the clinical record electronically. Reports sync to the service backend automatically once connectivity is available, so nothing is lost if the crew is working in an area with limited coverage. The app supports English and Arabic and is designed for professional emergency-services organisations.
