Fidelip is the counter app for businesses that run their loyalty program on Fidelip. Your staff scan the customer's loyalty card from Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, add stamps or points, redeem rewards and collect feedback with surveys, all from the business's phone or tablet. SCAN AND ADD • Scan the QR on the customer's card and see all their cards at a glance. • Add stamps, points by purchase amount, or check in a member. • The customer's card updates itself in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. • Made a mistake? Undo an earn or a redemption within 10 minutes. REDEEM REWARDS • See which rewards the customer can redeem and redeem them in one tap. • Vouchers and membership benefits, with their limit per period. CUSTOMERS • Sign up new customers: they scan a QR and join from their own phone. • Find a customer by name or card ID and add without a QR, if the owner allows it. • For privacy, the counter only sees a short name, the card ID and the last 4 digits of the phone. SURVEYS AT THE COUNTER • Kiosk mode: hand the phone or tablet to the customer to answer the survey. • A staff PIN is needed to leave the kiosk. ALERTS AND ANALYTICS • Get an alert when a customer leaves a low rating, so you can follow up in time. • New customers, earns, redemptions and ratings for the day, week or month, by location. BUILT FOR THE SHIFT • Keeps working when the internet drops: earns are saved and sent once you're back online. • In English or Spanish, with light and dark mode. • Multiple locations: every earn records who made it and where.
