SuiteMate — Job Management

SuiteMate runs your trade business from the first phone call to money in the bank. Quote it, schedule the crew, clock the hours, invoice it, get paid — in one place, without typing the same thing four times. BUILT FOR THE TOOLS, NOT THE OFFICE Your crew opens a job and sees what they need: the site address and a map, the plans, the checklist, your notes and the gear list. Photos go up straight from the phone and land against the job, so the evidence is filed before anyone's back in the ute. QUOTING THAT WINS WORK Price jobs off your real inventory and labour rates, see your margin as you build the quote, and send a professional quotation the client can accept online with one tap. A PROPER CREW CALENDAR Day, week or month. By employee, by job, or by task. Drag to move, stretch to extend. Jobs that come round again — inspections, services — put themselves back on the board. HOURS THAT MATCH THE PAY RUN Clock on and off against the job, with a location check so hours are captured honestly. Approve the week in one screen. The roster never overwrites what someone was actually paid. INVOICING THAT CHASES ITSELF Raise the invoice from the approved quote, email it with a pay link, and let overdue accounts remind the client on a schedule you set. Card payments mark themselves paid. Push it all into Xero when you're ready. HIRE THAT BILLS ITSELF Gear standing on a site earns money every week. Start a hire clock and SuiteMate drafts the invoice every month until you off-hire it — pro-rata to the day, free periods honoured, and nothing sent without your say-so. PROGRESS CLAIMS AND RETENTIONS Claiming a big job in stages? Type what's done to date and the claim works itself out. Retention comes off before GST and stops at the cap on its own, and the printed claim carries the Security of Payment wording for your state. COMPLIANCE THE CREW WILL ACTUALLY DO Handover certificates signed on the phone at handover. A modular-scaffold SWMS ready to edit. Licences and tickets with expiry warnings before they lapse. Any fillable PDF you already use becomes a form your crew completes on site. KNOW WHAT'S STILL ON SITE Docket gear out to a job and back to the yard. Every docket moves your stock and keeps a running balance of what's standing where — so when a job wraps with gear missing, you know exactly what, and exactly what it's worth. Built in Australia for Australian trades. Award rates, GST, ABNs and Security of Payment — the way they actually work here. Subscriptions are managed on the web at suitemate.com.au.
