Felika HR

Felika HR is the employee companion app for organisations running Felika ERP. It puts your everyday HR tasks — attendance, leave, payslips, reimbursements and loans — on your phone, so you do not need to be at a desk to get them done. PLEASE NOTE: Felika HR requires an account issued by your employer. It is not a general-purpose app and cannot be used without an active Felika ERP workspace. If you are unsure whether your company uses Felika, please ask your HR team. ATTENDANCE • Clock in and out from your phone, with the day's shift shown at a glance • Your location is checked against the work location assigned to you, so attendance is verified rather than self-reported • Remote and work-from-home locations are supported where your company allows them • Take an attendance selfie when your company requires photo verification • Browse your attendance history day by day, including late arrivals LEAVE • Request annual leave, sick leave and any other leave type your company has set up • Attach supporting documents, such as a medical certificate • Follow each request from submission through to approval • Managers can review, approve or reject their team's requests, with the attached documents in view PAYSLIPS • Open payslips for the periods your company has finalised • See how the figure was reached: earnings, allowances, deductions, tax, and the inputs behind each line REIMBURSEMENTS • Submit expense claims and follow them through to approval • Open the receipts and documents attached to each claim LOANS • Check the principal, monthly instalment, tenor, interest rate, amount repaid and outstanding balance for each of your loans NOTIFICATIONS • Be told when a leave request is decided, and when a shift is about to start MADE TO FIT • English and Indonesian • Light and dark themes • Layouts that adapt to phones, foldables and tablets PERMISSIONS, AND WHY WE ASK FOR THEM • Location — used only when you clock in or out, to confirm you are at your assigned work location. Felika HR never collects your location in the background. • Camera — used only to take an attendance selfie, and only when your company requires photo verification. Photos are captured through your device's own camera app. • Notifications — used for leave decisions and shift reminders.
