Fegud: Team Self-Care Bingo

Wellness your team will actually do. Fegud turns self-care into a simple monthly habit: a bingo card of 24 small, doable activities (plus a free square, because you deserve one), refreshed on the 1st of every month across four focus areas: Movement, Nutrition, Mindset, and Connection. Play it with your workplace, with a crew of friends, or entirely on your own. The personal version is free. Not free-for-now. Free. WHAT YOU GET A fresh card every month, personalized to your focus areas and pace. Daily activities with quick tips. Most take 5 to 15 minutes. Some take one breath. Bingo for rows, columns, and diagonals. Points for every square. Streaks for showing up. Rest days built in: two a month that protect your streak automatically, because a wellness app that punishes rest would be lying about its values. Duo activities to complete with a teammate or crewmate. A feed to share wins and cheer each other on, with you in control of who sees what. A private monthly recap of your own month: your squares, your streak, your story. YOUR PACE, YOUR CARD Choose Easy, Balanced, or Ambitious, and adjust anytime. Set card adaptations if you want activities that fit your body and energy. Complete what fits your day, skip what doesn't. No pressure, no guilt, no surveillance. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your individual activity is never visible to your employer. Not your squares, not your streaks, not your badges, and never your wellbeing check-in answers. HR sees group totals and averages only, and that's enforced in how Fegud is built, not just promised. Leaderboards are for you and your coworkers, never your employer, and appearing on them is your choice. We never sell your data, never share it with advertisers, and never use it for employment decisions. The plain-language version: fegud.com/privacy-promise. The full version: fegud.com/privacy-policy. FOUR WAYS IN Your workplace uses Fegud: sign in with your work email and password. Got a join code from a poster or your manager: enter it and verify with a quick code. No password needed. Got a personal invite: enter your email and you'll land right where you're expected. Just you: create a free personal account, play your own card, and start a crew with up to 10 friends. If you love it, you can even introduce it to your workplace from inside the app. Available in English, French, and Spanish. For HR teams: Fegud for Teams includes an admin dashboard with aggregate reporting and a free trial at fegud.com. QUESTIONS [email protected] or fegud.com/contact.
