Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, and more are hard-blocked for the duration. No exit. No bypass. No excuses. Set up your app selection once — choose up to 6 apps to keep accessible during sessions, like music, notes, or slack. Your selection is saved and reused automatically every session. Change it anytime from the home screen before starting. The hard lock has one job: block social media completely. Everything else stays fully accessible.
