FlClash 是一款基于规则的本地网络代理 / 网络工具。你可以使用自己的订阅链接或配置文件，在本地管理和切换节点，并查看连接状态与流量统计。本应用使用 Android VpnService 建立设备级 TUN 虚拟网卡，捕获用户选择的应用或系统流量，并转发到用户自行配置的代理或 VPN 节点。本应用不运营自有 VPN 服务器。数据在设备与隧道终点之间按用户配置的协议加密。FlClash 不会收集、出售或出于广告/营利目的分享用户流量。按应用分流为可选项。主要功能： • 通过订阅链接或二维码导入配置 • 节点管理、切换与延迟检测 • 规则 / 全局 / 直连等出站模式 • 连接状态与流量统计 • 按应用分流（访问控制）本应用不提供服务器或节点，不承诺突破审查，也不提供无限流量。使用时请遵守当地法律法规。
