FlamX is a workplace productivity app for teams to log daily work, manage leave, and track project effort in one place. It is designed for organizations that want a simple, accurate record of how time is spent across projects — without spreadsheets and email threads. Note: FlamX is used by employees of organizations that use the FlamX platform. You sign in with an account provided by your company. It is not a personal-use app and requires an active company account to access. Daily task sheets Fill your timesheet each day in minutes. Log hours against projects, tickets, and activities, add descriptions, and submit for approval. Draft and submitted states keep your record clean and auditable. Leave & attendance Apply for leave, work-from-home, and weekly-off requests, and see your leave balance before you apply. Managers and HR review and approve requests, with the full history available at a glance. Approvals built in Project managers approve the task sheets for their projects. Approvals, rejections, and remarks are tracked so nothing gets lost. Role-based access Access is controlled by your role — employee, project manager, reporting manager, HR, or admin — so people only see and do what their role allows.
