Log a meal in ten seconds: photo, then say what and how much. FBD Coach lists each item with an estimate and tells you how it compares with your plan. Meal reminders at your plan's times (optional). • Messages — your coach, the FBD nutritionist and the FBD Coach assistant in one place. Voice notes welcome. • Flow classes — the week's group classes; tap "I'm in" to reserve. • Health — share injuries or conditions once; your coach and physio see them before every session.
