HerdFlo: Livestock Records

Know what needs attention. Keep the record. HerdFlo helps small-herd owners keep breeding dates, birth outcomes, treatments, weights and pasture moves together, animal by animal. START WITH A USEFUL RESULT Calculate an estimated livestock due date without an account. Explore an interactive sample herd, then create a free account when you want to save your own animal. Free includes up to 2 animals. KEEP YOUR HERD CLOSE Search by name or tag and filter by species or status. See upcoming expected births and treatment withdrawal dates entered in your records. Open an animal for quick breeding, weight, treatment and pasture entries. Correct saved records and record multiple offspring linked to their mother. PLAN THE WORK Create one-time and recurring herd tasks, record completions, and keep task history. Optional device reminders cover upcoming tasks while the app periodically refreshes their schedule. WORK TOGETHER Invite a specific HerdFlo account to your herd with viewer or editor access. The owner manages access, and shared records show who entered them. Shared herds require an online connection. SAVE REPETITIVE ENTRY Apply a treatment or pasture move to several animals together, with individual exceptions where needed. Review a complete animal report, open the native print dialog, and summarize a breeding season with recorded outcomes and missing information shown clearly. RECORD IN THE FIELD Load your herd online first on each device. Viewed records remain available offline, and supported devices can save new animals, breedings, weights, treatments and moves for synchronization when connected. Pending entries are clearly marked. Editing, deleting, photos, account access and purchases require a connection. Keep the app signed in until pending entries sync; clearing device storage or uninstalling first can lose unsynced entries. TRY HERDFLO PRO Eligible accounts can start a 14-day free Pro trial on the monthly plan through the store; it renews at the regular price after the trial unless you cancel in your store subscription settings. Pro adds unlimited animals, a herd calendar, optional advance email alerts, growth reports, CSV exports, shared herd editors and the printable complete animal report. Your saved records remain available on Free if the trial ends or you cancel. YOUR RECORDS STAY YOURS Download a JSON record backup on every plan. Import a supported backup to add records without replacing your current herd. Photo files are not included or restored; save originals and reattach them separately. SUBSCRIPTIONS New Pro purchases are monthly or annual subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. See the current price and terms in the purchase screen. Manage or cancel subscriptions in the store where you purchased them. Existing lifetime purchases remain supported through Restore purchases. Due dates and growth projections are estimates. Treatment withdrawal dates use the information you enter. Follow the product label and your veterinarian's instructions; HerdFlo does not provide veterinary advice.
