Registered drivers can receive ride requests, navigate to pickup and destination locations, manage active trips, upload required documents, view trip history, and access driver account information through the application. The application is designed to help drivers manage their daily ride activities, account information, vehicle details, trip history, and earnings from one place. Features Driver Registration and Login Drivers can securely sign in using their registered mobile number or supported sign-in methods to access their account. Vehicle Management Select your vehicle category and manage vehicle-related information required for providing ride services. Document Management Upload and manage required documents such as driving licence, vehicle registration, insurance, and other verification documents required for account approval. Ride Requests Receive nearby ride requests in real time and choose to accept or decline requests based on your availability. Trip Management Access trip details including pickup location, destination, estimated route, and trip status during active rides. Navigation Use integrated map and navigation services to travel to pickup and destination locations. Trip History View completed trips along with ride information, trip records, and related activity. Earnings View earnings information for completed trips, fare details, payment records, and platform commission available within your driver account. Driver Profile Manage your personal profile, vehicle information, and account settings. Online and Offline Status Switch between Online and Offline mode depending on your availability to receive ride requests. Notifications Receive notifications related to ride requests, document verification, payments, account updates, and important platform information. Safety Features FalconRiders Driver includes driver safety features such as ride verification, emergency options, and safety awareness tools available within the application. Ride PIN Verification Verify trips using Ride PIN before starting eligible rides. In-App Chat Communicate with passengers using the in-app chat feature where available. Location Services Location permission is used to: • Match nearby ride requests • Navigate to pickup and destination locations • Support active trip tracking • Improve ride management Background location may be used only while active trips are in progress where required for navigation and trip tracking.
