Full description

Ever stood in front of a government transaction and had no idea where to start? Renewing residency, a power of attorney at the Ministry of Justice, a traffic fine, your Civil ID, a legal question you can't untangle. You search Google and get a page from 2019. You ask a WhatsApp group and get five answers that contradict each other. Dalni was built for exactly this: a Q&A community for paperwork and everyday life in Kuwait. - Ask in your own words Write your question the way you'd say it to a friend. If it's sensitive, post it anonymously — your name is never shown. - Answers from people who've done it People who went through the same transaction — alongside lawyers and paperwork experts verified by the Dalni team. - The best answer rises Votes lift the useful answer, and the person who asked picks the best one. It gets pinned to the top and the question is marked "Solved". - The details that matter Answers carry photos, the exact place on the map, and the date of the information — and if it goes out of date, anyone can flag it for an update. Because procedures and fees in Kuwait change. - Categories Government paperwork · Legal · Residency & work · Traffic · Health · Education · Municipality & housing · Travel · Banking · Public services Each one has specific branches: Civil ID, Passports, notarisation and power of attorney, the Sahel platform, sponsorship transfer, Article 18, driving licences, fines and appeals, and more. - Completely free No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no fees on any feature. - A civil community The discussion is about procedures, not people. Every post has a report button, you can block any user, reports are reviewed within 24 hours, and violating content is removed. - Please note Content on Dalni is the experience and opinion of its users. Answers in the legal category are general awareness, not formal legal advice, and health information is no substitute for seeing a doctor. Always verify with the official authority before acting. Download Dalni and ask your question — Kuwait's community will point the way.
