Facial Cat

Facial Cat is the official member app of Facial Cat and Jom Facial Cat, a facial and skincare salon chain in Malaysia. It puts your membership in your pocket: your credit balance, vouchers, appointments and treatment history, all in one place. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Credit balance: see your stored credit and every top-up and redemption, with your receipts. • Vouchers: keep all your active vouchers in one list and see what each one covers. • Appointments: book your next facial at your favourite branch, see your upcoming visit, and reschedule it yourself. • Visit history: look back at past treatments and transactions. • Reward points: track the points you earn from completed visits. • Shop: order Facial Cat skincare products and pay online or at pickup in the branch. • Notifications: get appointment reminders, credit updates and member news. • Your language: switch between English, 中文 and Bahasa Melayu. HOW TO SIGN IN Sign in with the phone number registered at any Facial Cat branch. New customers become members on their first visit to a branch. Credit top-ups are made at the branch counter; the app shows your balance and history. Support: [email protected]
