Fitur Pengaduan memungkinkan pelanggan untuk melaporkan masalah terkait layanan air, seperti gangguan, kebocoran, atau kualitas air buruk. Pelanggan cukup mengisi formulir yang mencakup deskripsi masalah, lokasi, dan dapat menyertakan foto. Setelah pengaduan diajukan, aplikasi memberikan pembaruan status, sehingga pelanggan dapat memantau progres penyelesaian masalah. Fitur Informasi Tagihan memungkinkan pelanggan untuk mengecek tagihan air mereka dengan mudah.
