L'application My15 d'EXOS vous permet de transmettre instantanément au SAMU Centre 15 votre position exacte et les informations indispensables au traitement de votre demande lors d'un appel d'urgence depuis votre mobile en France. Si le Centre 15 du département depuis lequel vous appelez est équipé du logiciel de régulation eRM d'EXOS, l'application My15 transmettra instantanément lors de l'appel les informations que vous aurez pré renseignées (données personnelles : Date de naissance, poids, sexe et données de santé importantes à connaitre : Allergies, traitements et maladies chroniques) ainsi que votre géolocalisation précise, faisant ainsi gagner un temps précieux au SAMU. Les données pré renseignées peuvent également concerner les membres de votre entourage (famille, voisin, collègue, etc...) Vous aurez aussi la possibilité, pendant votre appel, de transmettre des photos au SAMU Centre 15 afin d'améliorer l'évaluation de la situation. Toutes les données personnelles sont résidentes sur votre mobile et ne seront traitées que par le Centre 15 pour constituer le dossier relatif à votre appel. Ces données sont strictement confidentielles et utilisées dans le cadre de la prise en charge de votre dossier Elles ne seront en aucun cas transmises à des tiers pour quel qu’usage que ce soit.
