Sampah Mart

Sampah Mart is a comprehensive digital platform designed to simplify and optimize the operations of waste bank communities. The application connects three main pillars: waste bank managers, customers who deposit waste, and partner collectors who purchase the waste. Its main goal is to create a more efficient, transparent, and profitable waste management ecosystem for all parties involved. Key Features Integrated Transaction Management Managers can easily record every waste transaction from customers. Each type of waste, quantity, and deposit date is recorded in detail. This data serves as the basis for all calculations within the system. Automatic Stock Calculation with FIFO When managers sell waste to partner collectors, the Sampah Mart system automatically calculates stock using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method. This means the oldest waste (the first one to be deposited) will be sold first. This method ensures the validity of inventory data and accurate cost of goods sold. Profit Distribution to Customers One of Sampah Mart's key features is its fair profit-sharing system. When waste is sold to a partner, the application automatically calculates the profit from the difference between the purchase price (from the customer) and the selling price (to the partner). This profit is then automatically distributed and added to the savings balance of the customers who deposited the waste. This way, customers can see the added value of the waste they collect. Financial Recording and Reporting The application provides transparent financial reports. Managers can monitor customer savings balances, sales and purchase transaction history, and stock movement. This makes auditing and business decision-making easier. Multi-Actor Interaction Sampah Mart is designed to manage interactions from various roles: Managers: Manage all transactions, stock, and accounts for both customers and partners. Customers: Deposit waste and view their deposit history and growing savings balance. Partners (Collectors): Purchase waste from the waste bank community, with transactions recorded digitally and efficiently. Why Sampah Mart Is Important The application is not just a recording tool; it is also a solution to common problems in waste banks, such as: Data Inaccuracy: Manual transaction recording often leads to errors. Inefficient Stock Management: It's difficult to accurately track stock movement and the value of waste. Limited Transparency: Customers often don't know how their waste is valued and processed further. With Sampah Mart, waste bank communities can work smarter, more transparently, and more profitably, turning waste into a valuable resource for everyone involved.
