A: Events are created and published through the EventPulse web portal at eventpulse.ng. Once your event is live, it will automatically sync to your mobile app, where you can manage attendees and check-ins. Q: Why aren't my ticket sales showing? A: Ticket sales update in real time. Pull down to refresh the Tickets screen. If your sales still aren't appearing, ensure your event has active ticket types configured on the EventPulse web portal. Q: How does QR code check-in work? A: Go to the Scanner tab, select your event, and scan your attendee's QR code. EventPulse will instantly validate the ticket and display the check-in status. Q: Can I check in attendees manually? A: Yes. If you're unable to scan a QR code, open the Attendees screen, select the attendee, and tap Manual Check-In to complete the process. Q: How do I add team members to my organization? A: Team members can be added through the EventPulse web portal under Organization Settings. Once invited, they can sign in with their own accounts and access the events assigned to your organization.
