EventBeacon

EventBeacon is redefining how college coaches evaluate student-athletes at events. Powered by SportsRecruits — the platform that hosts hundreds of thousands of student-athlete profiles — you’ll have easy access to all the athlete information you’ll need for your recruiting season. Access event schedules and evaluate athletes right from your phone or tablet. After the event, simply export your evaluations, including comprehensive athlete data, for your CRM. Never lose your notes in the margins of a paper book again. Why EventBeacon? • Get access to complete rosters and comprehensive student-athlete athletic and academic information • Easily see which student-athletes are interested in your collegiate program, which team they’re on, and their schedule at the event • See the event schedule and team rosters before the event to maximize your time on the sideline • Take notes on student-athletes and share them with your coaching staff. The other coaches in your program will be able to see the notes you’ve taken on student-athletes, and vice versa • Evaluate student-athletes based on their athletic skills to help determine whether that student-athlete is a fit for your program • Add student-athletes to your list of “Favorites” to easily refer to their profiles later on in your recruiting process • Export your notes, star ratings, and favorites for your CRM, including the athletic, academic, and contact information for each student-athlete. No wifi or cell service? No problem! EventBeacon lets you choose which events you would like to save for offline use.
