EVD BNI Attendance

BNI Attendance is the ultimate digital attendance and chapter management solution designed exclusively for BNI (Business Network International) chapters. Built for both chapter administrators and active members, this application streamlines the weekly meeting check-in process, entirely removing the need for manual attendance sheets. Our platform guarantees the highest level of integrity and accuracy for chapter meetings through advanced verification constraints, ensuring that member presence is securely authenticated in real time. Key Features for Members: • Seamless Check-ins: Mark your weekly meeting attendance with just a few taps. • Location Verification: The app integrates with your device's GPS to verify your physical presence at the designated meeting venue, ensuring attendance is only marked when you are actually there. • Selfie Authentication: Say goodbye to proxy attendances. The app requires a quick live selfie to confirm identity during the check-in process. • Substitute Management: Easily log when a substitute is attending on your behalf so your chapter records remain accurate. • Attendance History: Keep track of your own attendance streaks, missed meetings, and historical data all in one place. Key Features for Chapter Admins: • Live Dashboard: Get a bird's-eye view of your chapter’s attendance stats. Instantly see who is present, late, absent, or utilizing a substitute. • Member Management: Add, edit, or deactivate chapter members effortlessly. Assign roles and specific permissions to keep chapter operations running smoothly. • Strict Device Locking: To prevent fraud, member accounts are securely locked to their primary mobile device, ensuring check-ins cannot be faked from secondary phones. • Automated Reporting: Ditch the spreadsheets. Generate comprehensive, accurate attendance reports at the tap of a button for leadership team reviews. Security & Privacy First: We take your data seriously. BNI Attendance employs industry-standard encryption, role-based access controls, and strict device-level security to ensure your personal information, location data, and chapter metrics remain completely confidential. Transform how your chapter operates, increase accountability, and save your leadership team hours of administrative work every week. Note: This application requires an active account provisioned by your BNI Chapter Administrator. For support or account setup, please contact your chapter's leadership team.
