Unnatea

Unnatea is a mobile app designed to help members of Assam's tea garden community easily discover and benefit from government schemes and programs. With a simple and intuitive interface, tea garden workers can access relevant, personalized resources and support that enhance their livelihoods and well-being. The app also fosters two-way communication by enabling users to share feedback and suggestions directly with local authorities, encouraging active community participation in decision-making processes. Accessibility Unnatea is built for accessibility, especially for users with limited reading skills. It presents information through short videos in Assamese and other local languages, ensuring easy understanding and broader reach across the community. Key Features Easy Login: Quick authentication via mobile number and OTP. Returning users get instant access. Video-Based Learning: Discover government schemes through short, engaging videos. Swipe up or down to explore, similar to Reels. Step-by-Step Guidance: Tap to view scheme details and follow direct links to official portals for further actions. 24/7 Support: Raise queries through in-app tickets and receive timely updates. An AI chatbot offers instant assistance anytime. Personalized Experience: Customize your profile and language (English or Assamese). Get scheme recommendations tailored to your needs.
