SleepSheep: Sleep Tracker Live

SleepSheep brings your wind-down routine, overnight tracking, and morning look-back together in one app. ■ Two tracking modes Quick Tracking simply records when you went to bed and when you woke up. Detailed Tracking automatically detects snoring, coughing, sleep talking, and movement while you sleep. Just set your phone by your pillow. ■ See your nights as data Each night is charted, with comments based on your own records. Review how your sleep depth shifted and when snoring came up. There is no limit on how long your records are kept. ■ Keeps working with the screen off Detailed Tracking and BGM keep running in the background, and a notification shows tracking in progress. * BGM is unavailable while Detailed Tracking is running. ■ Sounds for winding down Rain, waves, a crackling fire and more, with a sleep timer so it stops on its own. ■ Three-Line Diary Before bed, write one line each for what didn't go well, what did, and a goal for tomorrow. Your goal appears on the home screen the next day. Picking a tag is enough if you'd rather not type. ■ Collect sheep Keep recording to earn Moon Fragments and draw the Dream Gacha. New sheep and rooms are added to your collection over time. Only items you don't own yet can come out, so you'll never get a duplicate. ■ About in-app purchases Moon Fragments are earned by opening the app each day, recording your sleep, writing your diary, or watching an ad. If you'd rather not wait, you can also buy them in the app - this is entirely optional. You can collect every sheep and room without spending anything. ■ Before you start - This app is not a medical device.
