Scaricando gratuitamente l’APP Estendo potrai gestire l’Estensione di Assistenza abbinata al prodotto acquistato direttamente dallo smartphone accedendo ad utili servizi, quali: • ATTIVAZIONE DEL CONTRATTO Grazie per aver abbinato una Estensione di Assistenza al tuo acquisto! Il contratto deve essere attivato e tramite APP l’operazione sarà molto facile ed intuitiva, seguendo le istruzioni della sezione dedicata. • RICHIESTA DI INTERVENTO DI RIPARAZIONE La garanzia legale è scaduta e il tuo prodotto si è rotto?! Tramite l’APP potrai richiedere direttamente l’intervento di riparazione avendo cura di inserire tutte le informazioni richieste. • VISUALIZZAZIONE DELLO STATO DI INTERVENTO DI RIPARAZIONE Tieni tutto sotto controllo!
