EstateOps helps residential estates and complexes stay on top of maintenance. Trustees, managers and caretakers share one task board, so everyone can see what needs fixing, what is urgent and what is done. Built in Cape Town for body corporates, homeowners' associations, managing agents and the caretakers and contractors who keep estates running. TASK BOARD • Add a task in seconds: what needs doing, which unit, category, due date, urgency, cost and who is responsible. • Work is grouped into Overdue, This week and Later, with completed tasks kept below. • Filter by Recurring, Project or Maintenance, and swipe to archive. • Break projects into steps you can tick off, and add notes and updates to any task. • Assign work by name from your estate's staff directory. RECURRING TASKS AND REMINDERS • Complete a recurring task and the next one is created automatically with its new due date. • Add a weekly reminder (day and hour) to a recurring task. When it is due, a banner appears on the caretaker's board until the task is done or dismissed. JOBS AND CONTRACTORS (managers) • Keep a contractor directory, searchable by name, trade or phone, and call or message contractors from the app. • Send out jobs, receive quotes and accept the one you want from the Jobs inbox. • Rate contractors once the work is done. REPORTS (managers) • Monthly totals, completion rate, overdue work, work by category, and staff and contractor activity at a glance. ROLES AND ACCESS • Trustees and managers decide who joins: share a one-time invite code, and approve or decline access requests. People invited by email join automatically when they sign in with that address. • Caretakers get a simpler view focused on the task board and reminders. • Belong to more than one estate? Switch between them in the app. EASY SIGN-IN • Sign in with Google or a one-time code sent to your email. PRIVACY No ads, no analytics trackers, and we never sell your data. PILOT EstateOps is currently in a pilot with estates in South Africa. Anyone can create an account.
