Esta aplicación se utiliza en una inspección de corta duración para determinar el Índice de Priorización de una Edificación como apoyo a la Gestión del Riesgo Sísmico. * Determina un índice de amenaza sísmica, un índice de vulnerabilidad estructural y un índice de importancia conforme a la metodología publicada por López, Coronel y Rojas (2014). * Almacena geográficamente la ubicación del edificio. * Determina de forma automática el índice de amenaza sísmica. * Recopila las características que condicionan la vulnerabilidad, tal como el número de pisos, el tipo estructural, año de construcción, irregularidades estructurales y falta de mantenimiento, así como el uso y número de personas expuesta que condicionan la importancia. * Almacena en una Base de Datos los datos y resultados de los índices y su calificación o rango de riesgo y prioridad sísmica.
