Hyjen lets cleaning companies run their field work from a phone. It shares the same data as the office panel, so the owner and the crew on site look at the same screen. WHAT IT DOES • Today's jobs — Open the app and the day's appointments are there, sorted by time. Address, service type, crew and price on a single card. • Calendar — A month view showing how many jobs fall on each day. Tap a day to open its jobs. • Customers — Name, phone, address and past jobs. Call, WhatsApp-call or get directions with one tap. • Caller ID — When a saved customer calls, the screen shows who they are, what job was done last and what they paid. One tap records the call afterwards. • Adding jobs and customers — A plain step-by-step flow, one question per screen. Built for people who are not comfortable with technology. • Expenses — Fuel, supplies, staff, vehicles. Same step-by-step flow. • Team tracking — Field phones report their location to the panel's map. If the permission is denied, the rest of the app works normally. • Notifications — The phone is notified when a new request arrives from the website and when a job is assigned to a worker. STAFF MODE When you hand a phone to someone in the field, you link it in staff mode. That phone only sees the jobs assigned to that person; the customer list, prices and other workers' wages stay hidden. The worker follows their own pay on the "My Earnings" screen. GETTING STARTED The app connects with a 6-character code from the panel. No sign-up, no password. The code is generated on your company's panel, on the Location page. This app is for companies that already have a Hyjen panel; it cannot be used without a panel account.
