Muster CRM

Muster CRM: capture every conversation that matters Muster is a companion app to the Muster CRM. It lets you record who you met and what you talked about while it is still fresh: at a conference, after a coffee, or on the walk out of a meeting. Every note syncs to your Muster account, so it is waiting for you on the web when you get back to your desk. ONE NOTE PER PERSON Signing in takes you straight to a blank note. Type the person's name, tag the event where you met, and capture the details however suits the moment: • Text: type your thoughts, follow-ups and next steps. • Voice: record voice notes hands-free, with pause, resume and playback. A note can hold up to 20 recordings. • Scan: photograph a business card, name badge or slide, or choose from your photo library. A note can hold up to 20 photos, which you can view full screen and swipe through. EVENTS AND NON-EVENTS Mark each note as an Event (with the event name) or a Non-Event, to keep conference contacts apart from everyday introductions. YOUR PIPELINE AT A GLANCE The Pipeline view shows everyone you have met as a stack of cards, grouped into Events and Non-Events. Each card shows the person's name, where and when you met, a preview of your note, and badges for voice notes and photos. Tap a card to open it, or pull down to refresh. NOTHING GETS LOST • Notes save automatically when you leave a note, switch apps or lock your phone. • No signal on the conference floor? Notes are kept on your phone and upload on their own once you are back online. • A clear indicator shows any note that has not uploaded yet. FAST, SECURE SIGN-IN • Password less login: enter your registered email and type the 6-digit code we send you. • Turn on Face ID / bio-metric Login in Settings to get back in with a glance. • Your session is stored securely in the device keychain. WORKS WITH MUSTER ON THE WEB The app uses the same Muster account as the web app, so your notes are in one place with no manual syncing.
