Minti: Two Truths and a Lie

Minti is the classic party game Two Truths and a Lie, with one extra player: your phone. Say three things about yourself, two true and one made up. Your friends pick the lie while the app listens to your voice and places its own bet. Then reveal the truth and see who guessed right, who you fooled, and whether you fooled the phone too. HOW TO PLAY • Add 2–8 players. No accounts, no internet needed. • Warm-up: everyone says four short things so the app can learn their voice. It takes a minute. • Take turns saying two truths and a lie. Everyone else talks it over and picks the lie. • The app announces its bet, with a percentage and a confidence level. • Reveal the lie and see who got it right. FOUR WAYS TO PLAY • Team up: you vs. the phone. The group answers together, perfect for families. • Individual scores: everyone scores for themselves, with the best liar and the best detective of the night. • Solo: fool the app, a quick challenge just for you. • Votes only: the classic version, where the phone doesn’t play. FOR FRIENDS, FAMILY AND COUPLES 26 question packs: party, family, childhood, couples, school, work, vacation, the 90s, plus Christmas, New Year's Eve, Halloween and Easter. Great for game night, family gatherings, road trips, birthdays and icebreakers. SAY SOMETHING THAT MATTERS Voices change when people care about what they say. Pick memories, people and moments that mean something to you, and lie like it matters. HONEST FROM ROUND ONE Minti is not a lie detector or a polygraph. It is a game. The app listens to how your voice sounds and estimates a probability. Its bet isn’t random: it comes from a model trained in advance on recordings of people telling the truth and people lying. Sometimes it's right, sometimes you beat it. The in-app counter shows how often it guessed right in your own games; picking at random is right 33% of the time. YOUR VOICE STAYS ON YOUR PHONE The microphone is on only while you hold the button. The analysis runs on the phone and the audio is deleted right after. No recording is saved and nothing is sent anywhere. Every player agrees before being recorded. FREE, NO SUBSCRIPTION The game is free, with ads. Premium is a one-time purchase: no ads and every pack, for good. For a single party there is a 7-day pass, and any pack can also be bought on its own. There is no subscription. Minti is made for fun. Don't use the results as proof and don't accuse anyone based on them.
