PropSchedule

Every empty unit costs you rent until it is listed. PropSchedule tells you which one to work on first. Built for small and mid-size landlords and property managers who turn their own units — the people who own ten doors, not a thousand, and who are standing in the empty apartment themselves. WHAT IT DOES • Scores every vacant unit on the rent at stake, how long it has sat, how much work the turn needs, and demand in that town — then sorts your board so the most expensive vacancy rises to the top on its own. • Disagree with a score? Set it by hand. A manual score stays exactly where you put it. • A punch list per unit: add tasks, check them off, attach before-and-after photos of the finished work. • A month calendar for every turn, so you can see the whole week or month at a glance and keep completed work on the board to measure how long a turn really takes. • A daily text at the hour you choose — your vacant units in priority order — plus an alert when a unit stalls. Optional, and off until you turn it on. • One photo of the building, taken once and shared by every unit at that address. FOR YOUR CREW Invite a team lead to run the whole board, or crew members who see only the units they have work on. They check their own tasks off from their phone and your board updates as they go. Everyone signs in with their own PIN, then their device biometrics. BUILT FOR STANDING IN AN EMPTY APARTMENT Big tap targets, four text sizes, and a dark mode — set once and it follows you through every screen. PRIVACY Every account's data is isolated at the database level by Row Level Security. Crew see only the units they have work on. PINs are stored as one-way hashes. Photos live in a private store reachable only through signed links. You can delete your account, and its data, from inside the app. Free to start. No card, no trial clock.
