RakshamDriver Live

RakshamDriver is the official ambulance operations app for authorised MyRaksham drivers and service personnel. The app helps registered drivers receive ambulance dispatch offers, review pickup and destination details, coordinate assigned trips, and keep dispatch teams and customers informed throughout the journey. Key features: • Receive and respond to ambulance dispatch offers • View assigned pickup and destination information • Access patient contact and trip details needed for the assignment • Update trip status, including en route, arrived, in progress, and completed • Share the ambulance’s live location with authorised dispatch personnel and the assigned customer • Open navigation for pickup and destination routes • Receive dispatch and trip notifications • Review current and recent assignment activity Location access is used while an authorised driver is signed in and using the app to support driver availability, ambulance dispatch, navigation, and live trip tracking. The Android app does not request background-location permission. RakshamDriver is intended only for drivers and service personnel whose accounts have been created and verified by MyRaksham or an authorised service organisation. Members of the public cannot create driver accounts through the app. This app supports healthcare-service logistics and does not provide medical diagnosis, clinical advice, or first-aid instructions.
