Epocra records your calls and turns them into something you can use. Every call you make or take on your Epocra number is recorded, transcribed and analyzed. Minutes after you hang up you have the full recording, a transcript with each speaker on their own line, a short written summary, and the action items that came out of the call. Then you can just ask. AI Chat answers questions about a single call, about everything you have ever discussed with one contact, or across your whole call history, and it answers from what was actually said. You control the announcement. By default Epocra plays an audible notice to both parties when a call is answered, so everyone knows it is being recorded.
