Hinweis: Nutzerinnen und Nutzer des Kundenportals können sich mit den gleichen Zugangsdaten (Mailadresse und Passwort) in der App anmelden.

1) Zählerstandserfassung
Mit der App können Sie den erforderlichen Zählerstand manuell, per Fotoupload oder über die OCR-Erkennung übermitteln.
Was ist OCR?
OCR steht für "Optical Character Recognition" und wird im Deutschen einfach als Texterkennung bezeichnet. Das bedeutet, dass die Bayernwerk Netz App durch die OCR-Software und unter Nutzung Ihrer Handykamera den Zählerstand als Zahlenformat ausliest. Dazu brauchen Sie Ihre Kamera nur vor Ihren Zähler zu halten, woraufhin Ihr Zählerstand innerhalb weniger Sekunden erkannt wird (das Auslösen eines Fotos ist nicht nötig).
Den erfassten Zählerstand können Sie anschließend abschicken und erhalten in wenigen Minuten per E-Mail eine Bestätigung.

Hier können Sie alle Zählerstände einsehen, die von uns im Abrechnungssystem erfasst wurden.
3) Energiedaten
In den Energiedaten finden Sie alle Ihre Verbräuche, bis auf die freiwilligen Ablesungen (Zwischenablesungen), grafisch und tabellarisch aufgelistet.
4) Einspeisung
Hier finden Sie Informationen und alle relevanten Daten zu Ihrer Einspeiseanlage, können den Abschlag anpassen und Ihre Abrechnungen einsehen und herunterladen.

Unter dem Link „Registrieren“ können Sie einen neuen Kunden-Account anlegen, welchen Sie für unser Kundenportal sowie für die Bayernwerk Netz App verwenden können. Hierfür benötigen Sie Ihre Vertragskonto- und Geschäftspartnernummer. Sollten Sie bereits einen Kundenportal-Account besitzen, können Sie direkt mit Schritt 3 fortfahren.
Schritt 3 = Login in App
Melden Sie sich mit Ihren Zugangsdaten in der App an und starten Sie durch. Bereits registrierte Kundenportal Nutzer können sich mit den gleichen Zugangsdaten in unserer App anmelden.
