EOA Portal

EOA Portal is the companion app for students enrolled in Export Oversea Academy. Follow your learning plan, practise what you have learned, manage class attendance and keep track of your progress. LEARN AND PRACTISE Watch lessons, save personal notes and take quizzes. Practise pricing and spotting listing mistakes with the extra exercises. Your completed work and progress sync with the EOA Portal. PLAN YOUR CLASSES View upcoming classes, choose your attendance mode and respond to RSVP reminders or schedule changes. Save class details as a calendar file. Manage trainer session requests and reschedule responses. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Submit weekly check-ins, edit learning targets, see milestones and ask your trainer to review your progress. View your XP, streaks and leaderboard position. STAY IN TOUCH Read updates in your notification inbox. Ask questions in moderated student community spaces and send support tickets with attachments. A live-support chat pilot may be available to selected accounts. MANAGE YOUR STUDENT ACCOUNT Update your profile and onboarding documents, view program services and send requests. Export a copy of your account data or request account deletion in settings. Account access stops immediately after a deletion request; personal-data cleanup follows the retention period explained in the privacy policy. EBAY AND SUPPLIERS Browse the supplier directory and view eBay account status and sales reports when available for your account. Connect or manage your eBay account through the Portal on a computer. Changes to the username in your student record are reviewed separately by your trainer. ACCESS AND PRIVACY An EOA student account is required. Available features depend on your program and access period. Document signing is completed on the web. The app has no advertising or in-app purchases.
