EngagyApp brings your company's news, safety notices and documents to your own phone. Your employer provides your account, so you will need an activation code from your manager before you can sign in. It is built for people who work away from a desk — in warehouses, on shop floors, on production lines and in depots — and who do not have a company email account. Your employer creates your account and gives you an activation code, either printed on a card or as a QR code. 1. Enter or scan your activation code 2. Confirm it is you, either with an SMS code or by having your manager approve the pairing on their screen 3. Choose a 6-digit PIN From then on you sign in with your PIN. No email address, no password and no Microsoft account are needed. YOUR PRIVACY ◆ No advertising, no tracking, and no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs of any kind ◆ Nothing about you leaves this app to any other company ◆ Your data is stored and processed in the European Union ◆ Your employer can see whether you confirmed a required document.
