Emtelaak lets you own a share of income-generating real estate in Egypt without buying a whole property. Each listing is divided into shares. You choose how many to buy, pay from your in-app wallet, and follow your holding, its valuation and its distributions from one portfolio screen. The platform is operated by Emtelaak, LLC. Investment opportunities on it are offered by third-party fund managers. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Browse open, coming-soon and funded listings, with the minimum ticket, expected yield, tenor and payout frequency shown up front. • Read each property's details, fees and charges, exit and liquidity terms, documents, and updates and disclosures before you commit. • Buy shares in a few steps: choose the number of shares, review, sign the subscription agreement and confirm with a one-time code. • Fund your wallet by InstaPay, bank transfer or Fawry cash-in, and withdraw to a bank account held in your own name. • Track portfolio value, amount invested, unrealised gain or loss, valuations and distributions. Payouts are credited to your wallet. • Request a sale of shares you hold. • Join the waitlist for listings that have not opened yet and get notified when they open. • Verify your identity in the app with your Egyptian national ID or passport and a selfie. • Sign in with your fingerprint or face unlock, and keep every contract you sign in your account. • Use the app fully in Arabic or English. HOW IT WORKS 1. Create an account with your mobile number. 2. Complete verification: identity, email and a short investor profile. 3. Top up your wallet. 4. Pick a listing and buy shares. 5. Follow your holdings in Portfolio. If a listing closes below its minimum threshold, all investments are refunded in full to your Emtelaak wallet. IMPORTANT Investing involves risk.
