TegoOS: Vacation Rentals

TegoOS is a vacation rental app where every booking, payment and payout is recorded on EmpoorioChain. Nobody holds your money: it stays locked on-chain until you arrive, and the host gets paid afterwards. Bookings are signed with Eoonia Wallet; TegoOS never stores your keys. FOR GUESTS • Search by destination, dates and guests, and filter by price, property type, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms and amenities. • Browse the map, the photo gallery, "Where you'll sleep", house rules and each listing's booking conditions. • See the exact price before you pay: nights, cleaning, deposit and discounts (weekly, monthly, launch, last-minute or early booking). What you see is what the chain charges. • Pay in DMS and always see its approximate value in dollars. • Your deposit comes back on its own after checkout if there are no issues. • Cancel under the listing's policy (flexible, moderate or strict) and get back what you are owed. • If something goes wrong, open a dispute: the money stays frozen until the arbitrator decides. • Message your host with end-to-end encryption, and receive the exact address and check-in instructions only once your booking is confirmed. • Reviews that only real guests can leave. • Split stays: if no single place is free for all your nights, TegoOS suggests two in the same city. • Optional TegoCover protection for your booking. FOR HOSTS • List your home step by step: photos, capacity, beds per bedroom, amenities, rules, check-in and checkout, price and tourist registration number. • Your listing is sealed with its fingerprint on-chain: if anyone alters it, TegoOS tells you. • Choose how bookings are confirmed: instant booking or approving each request. • Set minimum and maximum stay, advance notice, nights between bookings, included guests, extra-guest price, monthly pricing and prices for specific dates. • Offer weekly, monthly, launch, last-minute or early-booking discounts. The chain itself applies them. • Calendar with your bookings and blocked nights, plus pausing with dates. • Add co-hosts with their share: the chain splits every payout automatically. • Today, Earnings and Performance: what you have been paid, what is pending, occupancy and average price, with CSV export and PDF statements. • Claim damages against the deposit and settle issues with an arbitrator. • Guest registration, informative tourist tax and registration details to comply with Spanish rules. HOW THE MONEY WORKS TegoOS charges guests no fee. Hosts pay 3% of what they earn for nights and cleaning. Payments are made in DMS, EmpoorioChain's token, from Eoonia Wallet; to convert to euros or dollars, use Eoonia. WHAT YOU NEED Eoonia Wallet installed and an EmpoorioChain account with DMS. TegoOS takes you to Eoonia whenever something needs signing and comes back on its own with the result. TegoOS is available in Spanish and English.
