Emese

Leave your destructive habits behind. Emese is a habit-change companion for the habits that no longer serve you. It gives you a clear, personal plan and walks beside you through every step. IMPORTANT: Emese is currently invite only. You need an invite code to create an account. You can request one at emese.care/access, or you may already have access through your employer, university, or health insurer. Without a code you can download the app but you will not be able to sign up. Programmes The nicotine programme is available now, live and complete. Social media and pornography are coming soon, with more habit areas on the way as we build them. Think of it as a coach in your pocket. It does not lecture you and it does not just count days. It learns how you are doing and adapts your support to match, so the right help shows up at the right moment. What you get - A personal quit plan built around your habit, your reasons, and your pace. - Short daily lessons that take a few minutes and teach the skills that make change stick. - Quick check-ins that capture your mood and cravings, so the app can adjust to how you really feel. - Gentle, well-timed reminders that encourage you without nagging. - Progress you can see: streaks, milestones, and the time and money you are saving. - A calm, private space to reflect, with tools for the hard moments. - A community of people going through the same thing. Built around how change really happens Real change is not a straight line. Emese follows your stage, from first thinking about quitting to staying on track long term, and shifts its tone and content as you move forward. No shame, no scare tactics, just steady and honest support. Private by design Your privacy comes first. Your identity is kept separate from your activity, sensitive entries are encrypted, and you can export or delete your data at any time. Emese does not track you across other apps or websites, and never sells your data. We follow strict European data protection standards. Supportive, not a medical service Emese offers education and behavioral support. It is not a medical or diagnostic service and does not replace professional care. If you are in crisis, please contact your local emergency services or a professional helpline. Start small. Stay steady. Leave the habit behind, with Emese beside you. Emese is made by Emese Care.
