EmbassyFMS Field puts your entire working day on your phone. Built for facility management teams, it hands technicians, supervisors and concierge staff the jobs assigned to them and captures the proof of work right where it happens — at the asset, on the floor, on site. Because sites are not always covered by a network, EmbassyFMS Field is built offline first. Checklists, asset and location masters are held on your device, your answers and photographs are saved locally, and everything syncs the moment you are back on a connection. Location is used only while you are using the app, on the attendance and concierge screens, to confirm that work was carried out on site. The app does not track your location in the background.
